1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using patrivante.com (hereinafter, 'the Site'), the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the Site. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of any modifications that Patrivante S.A. may make.
2. Nature of the service
Patrivante.com is an exclusively educational platform. We do not provide financial services, investment advice, stock brokerage or asset management of any kind. The content published — articles, guides, statistics, data and simulations — is for informational and educational purposes only. The potential return mentioned is adjusted for risks and does not guarantee future returns.
3. Limitation of liability
Patrivante S.A. shall not be liable for: (a) Investment decisions made based on Site content; (b) Direct or indirect economic losses arising from Site use; (c) Inaccuracies in market data provided by external sources; (d) Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or external causes. The user assumes full responsibility for their financial decisions.
4. Intellectual property

5. User conduct
The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) attempt to access restricted areas; (b) introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code; (c) perform unauthorized automated scraping; (d) post or transmit illegal, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights; (e) impersonate Patrivante or its representatives.
6. Privacy and personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at patrivante.com/en/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We comply with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
7. Service modifications
Patrivante S.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any of its sections at any time, with or without notice, without any liability to users. Substantial modifications to these Terms will be announced at least 15 days in advance.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
